Local to cecil county MD

Who here is local to cecil county MD? I need to find someone with a bravo 1 22p-4 blade to try out. will pay to let me try or can come on a free boat ride. just need to do some testing....If no one is available then im gonna run the bblades test program would like to find someone local if possible first.
