Get together at the Atlanta Boat Show
 

I know there was a thread a while back about everybody getting together for dinner, guess that didn't happen. How about we get everybody together the weekend of the Atlanta Boat show ? There are plenty of bars down there where everybody could meet up. Anybody up for this ?

Any comments gang,,,,,,its been awhile since they have seen everyone too..hasn't .....??

D&B sounds great for a fromal gathering where everyone can bring the families. January would be better for me once you get into February we get into Speed Weeks, and the Miami boat show so I'm not here much.

As far as gather at the Boat Show does anyone have any preference ? Friday night, Saturday Sunday ?

Hey Searace..contact Red Warlock or Seadated..may want to also look at our web page for upcoming events..I know we will be doing a run down there.. Jacksonville and Crystal Springs early May..

Have not heard about final details on the ATL boat show..keep checking back..;)

How about Saturday afternoon, night ? It looks like we can get a pretty good sized group together. Anybody have any suggestions for someplace close ?

I vote for D&B straight shot up 85 North after the show...possible caravan.pick a time and maybe gather at over at Barkleys booth{Lanier Harbor Poker Run} late in the afternoon..:eureka:

D&B's works for me, I figured someplace inside the perimeter may be easier for people to do.

I vote for Saturday night, meet up at Barkley's booth in the afternoon, and head out for a few cocktails... and get too meet & greet.


Does anybody else have any thoughts ?

How about Garrison's at perimeter Mall. I will be running the bar Sat. night and I can probably get us a private room/table. If not, I will still be at the show earlier in the day and look forward to seeing ya'll.

OK guys enough is enough let's atleast get a list going of who will be there, and if any little ones are coming so we can figure out what to do.

3 or so, unless our fearless leader, Seadated (?), or anyone else can think of a better time? DW and RW Jr. will be coming, along with a friend who's shopping for his 1st boat! (man what an experience that will be! :cool: ) And I agree, D&B would be great for the families coming, something for everybody. We'll head that way around 6ish. Cool with everybody else? :cool:

I don't know what everyone else is gonna do, as no-one seems to want to organize this thing... :rolleyes: We're gonna get to the show around 3:00 and mill around for a couple of hours, then head out for dinner around 5-5:30. The company DW works for is putting on a Falcons weekend, Falcons Friday, and is hosting a dinner @ 3 Dollar Cafe on Sat. to watch the game. She hasn't given the details of time to be there, but has hinted that it's MANDATORY for her to be there... So I guess it's just the boat show for us. :rolleyes:
