Allstate rates for boaters (no limits)
 

Folks. I just heard that Allstate is having some great rates for boaters. (no speed limit restrictions either). A friend of mine just called the same local agent I have, and the outcome sounded pretty darn good.

I've had Allstate for years. Glancy on hwy 41 just north of Bay marine 770-423-0325. I pay $407 per year on a 97 checkmate,just to compare, Don't know if thats good or not. If anyone has it for less, let us know.

Gig. I'll have to get Mark (fishhead) to post why he switched over, and the info the guy gave him which is why I put the post out here. I do recall he said they were not looking at speed factors, and there is a "special" of sorts this month for HP boaters. (I think I'm about $400/yr, but my total coverage is only for 45K just because my boat is so old)

.....I also think I'm getting the "no speedo" discount

Wow. That is a big difference compared to what I pay. I'm over $2000/yr for 100,000 in coverage.

Gig.....You could check.........Guys name is Steve Mitchell that runs the place. (very nice guy). They also have good rates if you have a collector/classic car through Haggarty. But he's a Allstate main place.
