I will definitely be back to Martin had a great time there, Martin is about the same ride time for me as Lanier and I do not have to deal with the Atlanta traffic!! My friend that was with me at Martin noticed your boat in the trader, he wanted it bad but could not talk the wife into it. hope the house is going well.

Hey Brian..the lots cleared and seawall is up..should finialize blue prints end of March and let it go from there...maybe by fall of 04.....hope to see ya again at one of the get togethers......later Ron
