Have you got a date in mind? We probably won't have the Apache ready but could run our fish boat.

Long as it is not in August, i would probably come. Did not like the timed start. Would rather be grouped by performance class with a blast off.

Re: Poker Run 2005
Hey guys! We just formed a powerboat club in Nashville, TN. Lanier is only 4 hours from us. I know I would be interested in coming and probably get a decent size group to come down. We are having a Fun Run ourselves again this year and expecting a good turn out. I want to say our Fun Run will be June 11, but let me verify that. I will know more in the next couple days.

Re: Poker Run 2005
July would be better. Could get several boats from NC to come then.

What about July 16??

Re: Poker Run 2005
Looks like a perfect date to me. I'll keep a watch for something to happen or PM me if it is going to be a go and I'll round some of the NC & SC crowd to come up.
I have been to the PR several times at the lake and stayed at Lanier Island Resort. We normally come up a day early, drop the boat at the resort and go spend the night in Buckhead, party that night and head to the lake after recovering the next morning. How many in your group? Sonny |
