Long as it is not in August, i would probably come. Did not like the timed start. Would rather be grouped by performance class with a blast off.

Hey guys! We just formed a powerboat club in Nashville, TN. Lanier is only 4 hours from us. I know I would be interested in coming and probably get a decent size group to come down. We are having a Fun Run ourselves again this year and expecting a good turn out. I want to say our Fun Run will be June 11, but let me verify that. I will know more in the next couple days.

Looks like a perfect date to me. I'll keep a watch for something to happen or PM me if it is going to be a go and I'll round some of the NC & SC crowd to come up.

I have been to the PR several times at the lake and stayed at Lanier Island Resort. We normally come up a day early, drop the boat at the resort and go spend the night in Buckhead, party that night and head to the lake after recovering the next morning.
