Midnight 32
 

I just recently got a hold of a 1998 Midnight Express 32' center console.The boat had twin Yamaha 250s which had been shot through during a drug interdiction.
From reading the posts here ,the Midnight Express infamous reputation is well deserved.Ive been approached by no less than eight people who want to purchase the hull,nearly all of them with cash in a bag.It appears that in the islands amidst certain types of seamen ,these boats are legendary.So if anyone has one to sell advertise it down in the Bahamas.
Anyway,I am new to this and I would like to obtain some info and specs on this particular hull so that I can properly outfit it, for legal purposes of course.

1998? I think they stopped making the 32' in 86 or 87. Where did you get it? Post some pictures, would love to see it.

I am currently helping repower and repaint the inside of my father in laws 1986 32' center console. They are about as solid of a hull as you will ever find.

You're right ,we checked the HIN and it's a 85 hull.I'll post some pictures as soon as we clean her up as she had put away for three years after confiscation.

We drilled through the transom yesterday to install the new rigging hoses and it must be almost 5 inches thick! Probably going to start painting the inside tonight.
