25k as it sits now, or possible trade for a smaller runabout lake/bay boat, wife really not into this monster. I want it, but would need a local partner to hang some new power on it, engins have 407 hours, but have not been fired in a few years, reworking current power systems and lighting, before i started that side of coin to see if they have life in them.
