Marshall what a transformation! ..........all the details coming together in a very well thought out restoration!!......who's doing the upholstery?........very sharp!

Did you stop the wood from going all the way to the Keel when Re-doing the Transom?? I Like it..... I try to Preach this to people all the time... If there's no wood at the Drain plug hole it Can't Rot..... Good Job...... (Stripes look good too :) )

Scippy - I have multiple shops working on the upholstery. I used a car resto shop for the dash stuff which I'm happy with, it matches the stripe color in the buckets Thanks, I think it looks sharp too. I hope to take it out of the shed today and clean it up a bit so I will try to get more pics.
fast - Yes, the transom coring stops 5-6" from the keel and there was a good 2" of solid resin between the original layup and the new coring. The rest of the boat we used nidacore so there is no wood near anything structural. How do you like your old stripe design? The new grey twist on the design looks cool imo. - M |
