210 acres of development land has just come on the market. Dock zoning, 1 mile of shore, 1 mile of road. Very nicely thinned out in spots leaving lots of old growth. Rolling hills and lots of wildlife.....my cabin is right across the cove so I hear the turkey most every day. 65 south to 86, 86 to JJ, JJ about a mile down on the north. Priced at $ 8,000,000. He paid 1-2 for it and spent about 500k clearing it off. So he is asking a bit much...but I consider that wiggle room. Had some people try and by a couple of acres at his price and he turned them down.
