Where is the course for the 2007 LOTO ShootOut
 

To anyone who knows, exactly where is the course beginning to end for 2007 LOTO ShootOut? Specifically do the boats run from East to West in front of Shooters or the opposite direction. The run starting point is where and the radar/finish line is where?

Boats run west to east. When racers leave the Shooters docks they idle west around the crowd to the start. Someone might know exactly, but it is about a mile. So if Shooters is at the 21mm, start is about 22mm The radar, or the fastest point they will be going is straight out from Shooters (so you can see them from Shooters).
