Here is the deal - topless is OK (shame) but anything else is illegal, including woman on woman contact. Somehow in MO women going topless is legal but do not let the booze get a hold of you and go to far. Men or woman can not show anything below the waist. In fact, you can be cited for "lewd acts", including the most popular, woman on woman contact. We all love to have women on the boats, but I have had friends have patrol boys arrest for women tying each others swimsuits!!! (might have had a little bit of sexuality involved, but still) No one knows what is OK and what is not these days so just be careful. At LOTO, just to be safe, send your women over to my boat for a de-briefing......
