The funnier part was the 45min wait for this pizza and after they wolfed it down in like 3 seconds they got back in line for more!!....another 45min later they didnt want the pizza anymore cause they were full from drinking too much beer after the first one! So they take it back to our condo and the next morning after sobering up they cant figure out why it tastes so bad! LOL

Did that place even have a bathroom or did everyone just go off the back of the dock? My buddys would always want to park back there and help the ladys from falling in. While they ate there pizza.:drink:
the last year it was open was 2001. It didn,t have a bathroom. The best is when they were rebuilding an engine in the kitchen Grateful Ed would have to walk around the engine stand to get to the ovens.

I remember staying out until the sun shined in the morning and still making party cove by 10am:food-smiley-009::food-smiley-009::food-smiley-009:
Now I am in bed by 10pm. |
ahh the good ole days....
These memories make me hurt again, too many long nights till morning there.
At least you didn't have to go to work at 8am like Ogle and I always had too, getting dropped off at the gas dock and taking a shower in the bathhouse.
I remember twisting your arm everytime we went!
I think it was more like chasing me to get the gin bucket

In all honesty though, in today's world of boating and crackdowns of DUI's, that place was a deathtrap. |
God I miss that promised hangover and and gutt ache of a place! Brings back alot of blurred memories.
It would be cool if some one had some pix of back in the hay day?! I don't care that was the best food on the water that time of night.:grinser010:
I think it was the only food at that time of night.

Did they ever locate the former owners? Seems like the water patrol and everyone else was looking for them b/c they abandoned their "dock". Seems like it was even cut loose at some point in time.....
