Need condo/house 7/3 or 7/4 - 7/6 at LOTO

The house I normally rent over the week of July 4th is not available to me this year until Monday, 7/7. Would like to get down Thursday or Friday beforehand if at all possible so we can be down on the lake on the 4th (we all love watching 4 Season's fireworks from the boat). I'm going to check all my normal places (Land's End, Lazy Days, Parkview Bay, Towers, Tan Tara, etc.) but I'm not kidding myself into thinking there will be any availability. If anyone knows of any vacancies condo/townhome/house that can accommodate a family of 4 (non-smokers, mid-40's, two teenage boys...one rented!) and a 27' boat, please let me know. I can provide references for anyone offering a personal residence. Thanks!

Jeff

I know there is a guy in my complex that has several rentals w/ slips, in fact the unit next to us was used last year as a rental last year. I will see if I can look through my registry and find out who owns them if your interested... Not sure what part of the lake you are preferring?

Thanks, Matt. Actually, most everyone we plan to meet up with that weekend will be right around the 4MM so your complex would work out great. We will be at the 14MM starting the 7th.

You just couldn't help yourself, could you! :D Maybe while I stay at his place he can retrofit my boat with his state of the art diesel/tranny package!

Thanks. I'll check it out. Maybe I should not have assumed everything would be booked already like it usually is this time of year in year's past. Economy/gas may result in there being more openings than I thought there would be.

Jeff, i have several connections for you from mm1 to mm14 directly thru the owners, so this should save you some coin. Most of them are just a year or two old 3 br, 2 bath units with slips available. PM me if you are interested in getting their phone numbers. Definitely time to get out of this chitty IL weather and to some sun and fun!!!!! Hammer
