He added exhaust tips this year that can be switch on to muffle the exhaust if the man is around. I'm not sure how much it will reduce the db levels though.

no I think it's a 2000, least thats what the cop wrote on his last noise ticket, all the cop wanted was to write him for noise and look at his documentation, never even asked for his license. He made him shut it off, Travis said no it won't start, I had a starter go bab. He made him shut it off, then left us in the water dead, and said we were on our own!!!!!
