Dog Days is excited about this fall we will be open Thursday thru Sunday until the
22nd of November. Mark has authorized some tweaking of the menu along
with beer and liquor prices so stop by and see whats up.

Our annual Customer Appreciation Party is in the planning stages so keep
SATURDAY DECEMBER 6TH open.

Wobbly Boots Road House will be holding their 1st Annual Halloween Party
this Friday starting at 9:30 p.m. with Johnny G & the All-Stars playing.
There will be a costume contest with a $100 gift card going to the winner.

On November 3rd will be starting a new Daily Lunch Special menu. All the old favorites will be available from 11- 4 Monday thru Friday (Thats right you can now get Meatloaf any weekday.). Plus we have added some new items like a Grilled Ham Steak
and the Texas Sausage Platter.

THURSDAY NIGHT NFL GAMES start on November 6th and we want your business.
So we have extended our happy hour from 4 till close. You know what that means our award winning WINGS and the soon to be famous pulled pork SLIDERS on special
along with our already crazy beer and well drinks specials.

will be open Thursday thru Sunday for all you Cajun favorites and more.

Saturday and Sundays there is nothing better than watching a game
in front of the fireplace and enjoying a Cajun Bloody Mary with an
order of Crab Cakes

Wobbly Boots smoked hot wings are awsome!!! Drove up last night to bring home buddys Outlaw last nignt and stop for wings. If you haven't had them make a point.

Might just have to have some this weekend. I wonder if Shorty Pants has them on their menu as well? I know they have Wobbly Boots pulled pork on their menu.

Shorty Pants does have wings on thier menu. Sometime they are just as good as Woobley Boots.

We were discussing go fasts Saturday at dusk back in the cove where Aqua Moon Marina is. The red/white Top Gun that is docked back there had just come in. Mental stated that if he ever went back to a go fast, he'd have a tough time considering anything but a Cig.

Lots of boats out on Saturday. Had a nice run to Ron's and also checked out the progress at Jolly Roger's.

Jolly Rogers is the one that burnt, right?

Yup. They are supposed to reopen in May. The lower deck level is complete and they are beginning the upper (main) level. The old boat that will become the bar is already set in place.

I almost texted you this past weekend to see if you were down. Knot and I went to Capt Rons on Saturday - was definitely a top 10 day.But it took us an hour to get there - so you would have been bored!:evilb:

Just remember - being able to drive sideways is not all that bad...:eek:

Griff, thanks for the information on Dog Days customer appreciation. We were going down to the Lake to check on our place and do a few chores any way. We called to RSVP and went to the customer appreciation party and the food was good with cheap drink prices and friendly staff.

Sure, glad it was a good time. I have a frequent diner card and they send me emails whenever they have special parties. The card is good at all 3 places. They also sent me some $10 off coupons for each of the 3 restaurants on your bday. Next time you're there ask them about their frequent diner card. It is good for 10% off. The $$$ from the 10% off accumulates on your account until you decide to cash it in.

Got one of those too - adds up after awhile.
