Thanks 36 Envision, I hate to see it go. I feel it is a very fair price. Just got new HVAC, etc, etc. I don't have it listed with a real estate company, just wanted to see what the interest would be like on here first.

Looks nice 32E, not to be nosey, but, upgrading, leaving town, hate to see people leave LOTO.

Hope upgrading!! I too hate seeing people leaving, especially not by choice but forced by unfortunate life events. If we didn't tear down our old original fishing cabin and already halfway rebuilt I'd be interested....

Wish I could live there! I live in St. Louis and some things have come up which put me a little under stress financially.

Not a big fan of the renting idea but that is an option.
