Carburetor's Rebuildt.... who to go to

Have a couple of Barry Grants, Demon's.... I need gone through. ( cleaned and restored - its been 5 years ) I have the adjust-a-jet blocks in them, from Percy's and want to go back to original guts and glory.... anyone have a suggestion on a guy or shop around Kansas City or Loto area ? Thanks in advance.

http://nickersonperformance.com/ Was having trouble with my Demons after cleaning and rebuild - sent them to Nick and they came back looking like brand new; bolted them on, a few adjustments and they run like a champ.
