At first glance I thought your thread said 'Porn repair needed' ;)

Send it to BBlades to have it done right. Not sure how soon you need it or how backed up he is though.

Thanks 260 Enforcer I will check them out. I assume you boat Saylorville? I am new to the lake and dinged up my prop last season. I would love to talk to someone that knows the lake about things to watch out for.

Saylorville Lake ?
I use to boat at Saylorville 20 years ago. North of the mile long bridge you need to be stay on the west side , that is where the old Des Moines River Channel is it runs 6-7 feet deep to jester park. The east side north of the bridge is shallow.
You need to take it easy on the west side and use your depth finder until you learn the channel. I was in jet boat most of the time which is much more forgiving than a IO. I wouldnt go much past the beach at Jester , there is mud flat up there north of the park it is only 3-4 inches deep , i have stuck my jet boat on it before. It is a nice Lake for short run after work , but nothing like the LOTO. |
About a mile past the mile long bridge is all the
farther you'll want to go at normal pool, there's also a shallow spot right out in front of sand piper beach, other than that, there isnt anything else to worry about. Add 20 to 30 ft of water and it's a different lake. |
I went to D & D next to Daves Marine, I would recomend for sure.
