Cincinnati OH Advise on out-of-town ticket
 

Got a speeding ticket in Cinn jurisdiction. Anyone know roughly the percentage of time they show up to defend if i plead not guilty via attorney or other party?

What about if you get a court date for trial and then change the date at the last legal minute hoping the cop does not show up on that new date??
