Holiday Shores is great. We stay there whenever I can get a trade week for my timeshare and will be there for a week starting Mem wknd.
It s way overkill if its just 2 of them though at $250nt.

If its just 2 of you, I'd just rent a 1BR at Heron Bay off of VRBO. We stay there a lot also.
Great friendly people at the Heron Bay complex. Try to get something in B or C Building for the best view.
Great location by land and water. Check out Midwestboatparty also for more info about LOTO.

Heron Bay is 20.5mm and Holiday Shores is 17mm.

Griff, I'll be at Holliday shores all shootout weekend, I still owe ya a beer or two for helping with posting pics, lol. Look for me on the poker run, I'll be in my new 31' Scarab! The "old school" boat

If you like to be able to sleep at night, check out Robin's Resort. It's really close to Dog Days. They have their own launch, too.

I own a place at Heron Bay and I'll agree it's a great location with friendly people. It's right in the middle of the action and in a no-wake cove right off the main channel. If you go that route, let me know. I'd happily help show ya around if I'm down at the same time. You could put your boat in at Performance Boat Center, leave the trailer there at the marina, and drive it one cove up to HB condominiums.

Camden on the lake is real nice, has slips for your boat and is surrounded by entertainment. Its also in a good location on the lake. It'll be nice to have another Warlock on the lake! Good Luck!

www.redoakresort.com is right next to bulldogs beach house on the 33mm located in Camdenton by land. By water it is close to Capt Ron's, Larrys, Fish and co, Nauti Fish and I'm sure others I'm forgetting all within about 5 miles up or down the lake. Now none of these will replicate Shady Gators or H Toad but all are still a great time.

You can rent my place depending on the week you are going. Clear slip with a 12,000 lb lift, few decks, outdoor bar & shower. Close to a few fun bars (both big places and small dives) and a great raft-up cove. 2 ramps within a few miles of the house and plenty of parking for the trailer. It's near coconuts on the Gravois arm if you want to google the general area. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.
