Large Boat Access to Dale Hollow, KY TN
 

I have a Beneteau Swift Trawler in Ft. Myers that I'm considering moving to Dale Hollow. What is the best access for large boats onto Dale Hollow? How do they get the large houseboats onto that lake?

I'm wondering if I can drive the boat up the Cumberland River to where it intersects with the Obey. It appears to be up to 20-30 ft deep all the way to that ramp. There is a boat ramp there and it looks like less than 5 miles from that ramp to Cedar Hill with no overpasses. It isn't a long boat but it is tall and I don't want to take the bridge off.


Any suggestions are appreciated.

A good friend does boat transport if you need help, he hauled a 70 footer from FL. to Cumberland

And on a more humorous note....sounds like there is someone else in this world that is a lake guy and got out on the ocean and looked around and was like.....ok I'm out here...now what? LOL
