That request is a little to open ended, what area are you looking for, East/West, MM?

Im thinking from the 20 up, don't know the lake that well so I don't want to rule anything out, stayed @ the Ledges for the Cig event a couple times and really like the area, max 250K, I was also looking at the Niangua arm area on google maps.

I was thinking the same condo. They are 1 cove over from the Ledges (20.5mm), is right off Dude Ranch Rd. Osage Beach. Nice area, Tons of Performance boaters. I may be prejudiced but I think it is one of the better areas on the lake...

Here is the view from my house, the condo's are to the left of the slips. (Covers the whole point not just what you see in the picture.)

It is a nice complex. If you liked the Ledges, you would love this place.

Ledges are nice to stay, but wouldnt want to live there.

Richie's place is really nice; big slip & a garage. lands end units are great too, but i dont know what can be had for under $250k.

My mom & husband are wanting to sell their place @ TRL since they now bought a big RV & want to travel the country in summer & then have their place in FL for winter. i was trying to talk them into buying his place & then i would use & watch it for them when they away. Plus they are only 2 hrs from grand kids instead of 4. They werent going for it tho.

What part of TRL are they, my place is in Crystal beach toward the west end of the lake.
