We used to stay at lazy days when we used to go to LOTO...haven't been there in some time but we loved that place. They have their own launch ramp as well....but you definitely need a 4x4 truck cause the ramp is steep. And you also get a covered slip for the boat so that was nice!
I cant comment on the state of the buildings but we never had any problems there.

Yes, ramp is steep, easier to launch at state park, but I have seen a 32 sunny pulled out there. The slips are priceless there, protected from main channel waves. Been to others there where your boat gets pounded in slips. Plus pending on the weekend you could sit on your balcony drinking a cold one around sunset and watch the idiots leave the party cove. Some days very entertaining!!!

we got a old 34' scarab pulled by and old crew cab chevy dually in and out that ramp

Busy part of the season ends next weekend, labor day. Although the lake is quieter, it is awesome in September and October. Most places on water are still open through mid October, a few close during the week and are just open weekends.
