although a niche market you will find a buyer when time comes. earlier someone made a comment about the 50 nortech for sale for ever, agreed but the boat is totally orange i think that has more to do with it then the power plant. If i could i would build turbine for sure. 55 MTI in production with turbines right now so they are coming and yours will just add to the awesome machines being made. good luck sounds great. :evilb: |

You can't insure one, Which rules out 99% of a VERY VERY small market of buyers.I would be really concerned about resale value and if there is a market at all for them. |

The market IS growing, Turbine Marine has 5 turbine projects they are working on as we speak.
Resale depends on the condition of the boat, Warbird sold in a few months |

The turbines are not in it they are at nebraska turbine. Atleast thats what they told me. They were in this. Wish they still were. If anyone has any t53 L13,s for sale let me know. I have major turbine rigging from exhaust, crash boxes with calipers, air sytem, 24 regulaters you name, it I have it all but turbines. Turbines are far superior. Just not in my reach at the moment. Dont really care about resale myself. I thought loosing money is part of owning a boat. Gerry |
