MTI cc......info?
 

Just saw some pix from LOTO and the new cc. Who has more info? Anyone been out on it. Was docked with other MTIs including the corvette. The cc looks really sharp

We were in it yesterday. Randy gave us the tour. It is the perfect boat. Huge amounts of space. A nicely sized mid cabin with king size bed and all the amenities.

I love the seating set up. Can choose a generator as an option.

Will run 70+ with 13 people with quads. About 3mph slower with trips with a 30% fuel savings.

I think 3 are on order. One is getting 5 engines.

Prices are guessed at high $400s to almost $700k.

I loved it. Waiting 4-5 years and getting a used one.


BTW. Black Thunder is going to build a CC.

One word. HUGE!

Very cool boat for sure. Saw it running on the Fun Run Friday. Seemed to handle very well and ran great for CC. I think Randy and Crew have hit a home run with this boat.

It is a very cool boat and huge. I believe Randy said on Friday they had 13 on board and ran about 73mph.
One really cool option he had on this one is Night Vision for the GPS. The camara pops up on the bow and you can see everything on the huge GPS screens in the pitch dark. Very cool and helpful for night time running.

I took a ride on it with the other 12 people to the lunch and it was an awsome ride. I tried several different seats on the boat and not one was a bad place to ride.

Keep in mind this is the plug boat so I would expect performance #'s to be better on the next one...

They could do that too but that would mean at least 4000lbs on the transom. Lot of weight to deal with...

what does a 350 merc weigh

I think it's about 630lbs iirc. The 300XS is about 505lbs.
