Jay,

Welcome to Kentucky!!! Hope your having fun. Cumberland is a BLAST... I would have been there, but I have National Guard duty this weekend, thus I'm missing out on the fun. State Dock doesn't quite sink a foot, but in a few places the dock will be flooded over, when the party gets started. There are definitely some enormous houseboats on Cumberland.
