Speaking of shots... Friday is always big- races during the day, parade at night.
This year it was good for 2200 frames, here was the first one-
on my way into the park when I pass this scene at 8:35.
Had to pull over and grab a camera.

It's nice to have options. All these daytime running shots are done with the D300.
I had a D200 for a couple years- good camera, great for daylight stuff at ISO 100.
