Who's Nor-Tech?

Was used in the opening sequence for the pre-game for Louisville vs Wake Forrest tonight? It is a 39V called High Maintenance out of Miami. Blue, Yellow and White. There is a scene with it running and another of it floating with the 2 mascots lounging on the sunpad.
