Hi My name is Ken Pluff, my family and I have just moved to the area from Mi. I have been a production supervisor at Ford Motor Co. for the past 16 yrs... I have also owned Nitro Design for the past 10 yrs. a custom paint shop in the Detroit area, I have won many awards for My custom paint including this past Detroit Autorama, sport bike cat. best in class. I am looking to get into the Nor tech family, either in paint or sales. any inside help would be greatly appreciated..

Yes I do all of My own original work although it has mainly been bikes and cars, I will e-mail them to anyone, I just dont want to step on any toes and post them here due to the fact I dont advertise here and I really like this board and dont want to get kicked off.
