Kind of an ironic name on the transom.
Too bad, it was a pretty decent boat when new.
It was a leftover hull and deck that we decided to finish for a local guy.

Is it worth it? What would it cost to redo the cockpit and would you guys do it?

not at all..I like the 38's..they ride good for the size boat..comparable to the 2 boats mentioned above.
