Arneson drives on a 4300v or 5000v
Does anyone know if there are any Arneson 4300 out there, or ever built. Does a triple Arneson application make docking alot easier, as well as getting on plane vs a stern drive application. Thanks Jeff

Jeff not aware of any arneson 43's. Nortech loves the 6. spent a week at their facility. They were starting to work on your 36 canopy cat. The 39v is going o be the boat of the year. Its awesome. Key west was all Nortech. The 50v ran great. Runs 105mph. hardly no other v's could run with me in the 3-5' waves. very impressed.Have 2 good buyers on the 50, and Trond has 5 good buyers on the 36. looks like I'll be boatless this spring.

Jeff -
Call Terry. I've seen 50v's at the old factory with Arnesons....sorry I can't find my pictures. |

I don't believe trips will improve docking with Arnesons. The problem I have with my cat is the radical cam set up. Engines stall when placed in gear unless you give it a little juice. Whether it be Arnesons or #6's that would be an issue. I am running unforgiving 5 blade rollas with very little slip. It hooks up quick and you are almost lungeing.
With a reasonable cam set up you should be OK. |
