Red face Re: Random question

Call Lonnie, he loves to SELL stickers, and Nordic polo style shirts to owners that should have recieved them in a owners welcome package, free of charge. (which 99.9% of other companies do when you purchase a new boat). I think Nordic offers a great product, for the money. Their boats are beautiful (with the exception of the outdated graphics). But I will never understand how they sometimes do business. Sometimes there are some weird things that go on there! Most of you other proud Nordic owners (me included) know what I'm talking about. Oh ya, I have a few Nordic window stickers that Lonnie sold to me from a year back when I drug my Heat down to Arizona to force them to repair one of my center support poles (I have an open bow) that had busted from the top of the dash. I think the only reason they fixed it was because my brand new Heat (closed bow) that I had ordered was still sitting on their factory floor. Any how,if you would like a sticker, let me know. I bought a used Nordic, I called to order some shirts. They were out of my size, and I was told that they would have more in the middle of may. The asked me for my address and said they would send my a sticker. I got my sticker, and 6 can cozzies, a bag full of the windshield caps, and 2 pins that look the cabin door. I thought that was awesome, they didn't have to send me anything, I would have paid for all that stuff.

That is great to hear! As in any business dealing, with any company, there is probably going to be good expriences and not so good experiences! I am glad that Peggie and Lonnie sent you the items, that is the way our Nordic family should operate. New or used, they should attempt to accomadate customers to the best of their abilities. This will only grow the Nordic brand in a positive direction. Again, my Nordic has been 99% great to me, which is a direct reflection of Orville, Lonnie, and Peggy. I would not trade my Nordic ownership experience. My boat has been turn key since DAY ONE! However, they like all builders in this industry, have some problems. Like I say all the time, for the money you can NOT beat a Nordic, plus their over all styling is still great!

CS=CS. Good customer service = common sence. Treat folks the same way you want to be treated when you purchase something. I am 27 and I have plenty of more boats to buy. The service and experience has been great so far. Who knows maybe a 35 flame will be the next upgrade for me?? Until then I am going to enjoy my Heat.
