I am not intersted in buying the Cat. I am just interested in to see where they fit in the pricing of the west coast cats. I have a new born son and I need a cabin. By the way, that boat looks sweet! :cool:

They sell in the high 120's fully loaded with trailer and a 525 HP....it will outrun most cats with that size and power at a MERCURY VERIFIED 92 MPH.

OK....I will....think its already sold but the new owner is a previous NORDIC owner as well and will post on here with the results. We are really waiting for the 32 Cat here in NY. Should be another oustanding build from the "NEW" Nordic Group. :drink: :drink: :drink:

Wow another new cat and the 42, the new owner of Nordic must be very demanding. That is great for us. When will we see the new cat and the 42?

Looks like Lake Cumberland Marine has the 27 Thor boat show boat listed for sale. They have a orange one with a 525 efi listed in the classifed section.

CORRECT....... as I found out LC is NOT a NORDIC DEALER...JUST a very very close buddy of Randy Davis .... The "NEW" owner of NORDIC....... so that explains a lot :rolleyes:

Yes they ran the boat with Mercury Racing today

5 blade 30P - 97 MPH

They believe with a bit of tweaking they will see 99-100.

That was the closest the Merc guys had to offer today....more to come as things develop....I will keep you posted :drink:

Thats a really healthy gain for a 80-100 horse increase over the 525 efi! Why is merc testing an Ilmor???

They were at Nordic for other testing and offered up to gou out on the ILMOR Thor because they had a truck full of props and wanted to see what the 5 blade would do on that package....IMCO drive BTW not a Teague Platinum

That was pretty nice of them. The Thor seems to be a great bang for the buck boat, like most Nordics. Maybe in a few years I will start shopping for used boat!
