Thanks for your information as always. I told Butch today that
A. He should talk to Lonnie and get his perspective B. I thought we should go straight out the back.
We added Teague ST450s to my 575 last winter. It is incredible how much they quiet the boat down at cruise speed.
With the wind deflectors up and the mufflers on, you can talk in the front seats without yelling, and listen to the stereo. Even though I can't use the mufflers much over 50MPH, I really like having the ability quiet things down at cruise speed or in marinas, and then I like to let it ROAR :D even more!

Sold and owned these boats with all types of power for years, first I have heard of this problem.
