Their new front office was a needed improvement too. Wood paneling went out a long time ago. :D

Is it a 36 or 33? (32 skater w/swimstep) I can't wait to see this piece. The 41? looks amazing.

Was planned as a 34 but is at 35 and might finalize at 36.
