What airport do I fly into Lexington (SDF) or Louisville (LOU) ?

Lexington is a little closer, but it's about the same drive either way. I would go with the best rate! There probably are more flight options through Louisville.
Nashville is also an option for you (2 hours drive from here, 2 hours from Louisville, I have done 1 hour 45 minutes from Lexington).

OH YEAH, for all my fellow beer/wine/liquor/mixed drink friends, this is a DRY county:eek: ! Yes you CAN drink there, but it's strictly BYOB.
So make sure you stop in Lexington/Louisville/Bowling Green/Nashvegas before you get to the lake:drink: , and pick up your favorite intoxicant:drink: !

just made reservations at alligator marina for a cottage. The only slips left at Jamestown marina are 21'. I'll be in Nashvegas at my brother's on the 16th to rebuild one of my drives. That'll give me almost a week to get the boat ready and do some testing. (how about it Steve?) Looking forward to meeting some fellow Nordicians.........Casey

We should have slips available for everyone at the State Dock. All event activities will be held there.
