Fastest Flame?
 

Just curious. What is the fastest a Nordic Flame has gone on record and what engines?

Anyone?

The guy that drove around me at the Jamboree (sorry Man, forgot your name) with the 500EFIs/Procharger setup looked pretty damn fast to me :D !

That is Duane Hall from OH. Not sure of top speed but it seems to me he ran just over 100 when he first installed the chargers. Maybe duane will chime in if I am wrong.

Someone told me at the Jamboree that he had hit 112 or 114 with it

My friend Terry had a 2001 35 Flame that run around 113 to 117. The HP500EFI's were converted to 850 or 900EFI"s with Vortec's. Bob Teague Drove it at Lake Mead a few years ago. They did a write up on it, that was in Power Boat magazine.

If anyone has experienced the ride at 100+ speeds please chime in. I would like to know the handling details.

You need to learn how to drive threw the mid 90's and the boat will stable out and really fly. The boat runs well with level tabs which is around 5 or 6?

when you find out who is fastest let me know I trying to set a record with the flame & single w/ splitter
