Nose cone on Rage
 

Has anyone tried a nose cone on a Rage? Mine runs in the mid to high 80's. I am considering it mainly for water flow but was also courious about the performance gains. Not that I am looking for anymore speed :rolleyes:

Hi - any word on what you did? I've got a Rage too and run just about 90 and want to put a cone on. I'd love to hear opinions on which is the best one - I've got a late model XR w low water pick up. Running 30" bravo prop at about 5200 rpm.

I didn't put one on yet. I bought a transom water pick up that I am going to put on this off season but still not sure about the nose cone. Maybe spring time I'll get back in the mood. I'll bet there is some speed to be gained there though.
