My 525 is for sale or trade.
 

The 525 is up for sale or trade looking for 700 to 800 hp motor.

Would it be cheaper to Whipple it? I know Dustin has several kits for the 525 motor. You could go for a 600sci motor and chip it and put a pulley on it to get about 740hp. I don't believe that Merc will sell the 700 without the NXT drive. Other than that, you would have to go aftermarket, and I believe that the Whipple option for your 525 would be more reliable, and would put you in the 800hp range.

I think Chris is right with the 525 kit...

I don't think your going to help yourself by getting rid of that motor and you certainly won't be able to put in merc power for anything close to what your going to sell that motor for.

Smart money says.... don't get rid of it. You've got a great platform with endless potential.
