You might want to look up Tim @ OCM (post under the same name I think).
I'm pretty sure he's been on one and can get you one (probably has one in stock)
and probably has some real run numbers from when they had it out....

johnlomant 10-31-2008 07:16 AM

130 with 700 #6 drives. I have seen it in person and it is huge for a 34' cat. I think its going to be a popular boat when its finally released.

OCM 10-31-2008 10:06 AM

Thanks Jim

Yes I have some seat time in the 34 cat,and will have one here instock in about a week or so. If you have any questions please give me a call.

So this is an "in stock" boat for you?

What power did you order for it?

OCM 10-31-2008 01:32 PM

Yes ! Are You Going To Get One? Maybe Two?

We might be ordering one .......

I thought only one was built to completion thats why I asked about the 34 you ordered and what power you selected.

Tres 11-24-2008 11:47 PM

I just finished the 34 and we sent the props back for a lttle more mod but this boat is ready. It is running a consistant 130 MPH on the limiter hard. It has very good manners and is on a rail everywhere. I am very excited about where it at now and know it is a very good product. SWEEEEEETTTTT!!!!!

OCM 11-25-2008 11:49 AM

Be sure to keep those props away from the ROCKS!

Let me answer that question you asked. It looks like a "IN STOCK" boat to me. It's for sale:)
I sat in the 34 Cat Yesterday at the Portland Boatshow. OCM has one heck of a display, some of the boats include 34 Cat with 700sci's, Thor with a 700sci, Heat with 600sci, Carbon/Kevler Flame with 525's and a lightweight Heat with a 496HO with matching Harley. This was by far the coolest site at the show.

Waterboy123 03-10-2009 04:31 PM

thats a sensational looking boat!

39 Unlimited 03-10-2009 06:53 PM

Saw this boat live at OCM last week all I can say is pictures don't do it justice. Go see Tim at OCM

Linster 03-10-2009 07:52 PM

Lets quit the BS, you are a 3000 miles away, who cares who has what in stock, the real value is Nordic has a great product, Tres statement says it all

johnlomant 03-10-2009 08:22 PM

The 34 is badd ass too bad the graphics look like there from the 70's. Is it me or do all of the new concept boats have horrible graphics.

CB-BLR 03-10-2009 09:31 PM

I think it is just you John... :evilb:

or maybe...

your boat is just so darn good looking, that just about every other boat out there pales by comparison. :ernaehrung004:

LOL

We have a trend here. I love there boats dont get me wrong but the graphics hold them back.

CB-BLR 03-11-2009 05:08 PM

John,

So what you are saying is.....

That the graphics are timeless;

What it is....
What it was...
What it gonna be...

FANTASTIC LOOKING BOATS !! :ernaehrung004:

Nordic Gel Graphics

I couldn't agree with you more John - that's why I have a 28 Heat and 35 Flame "ALL WHITE". Nordic has come along way but not far enough for me to get one gel coated with color. Nothing sexier on the water than an ALL WHITE Nordic...

Jerry Sabatino 03-12-2009 06:00 PM

graphics

i have to agree with you also john thats why i picked mine the graphics are not the same old lines. on a diffrent boat.

jima97 03-12-2009 10:06 PM

Guys they will build them anyway you want them. Have you seen the 4 pages with 12 graphic pkg per page they offer as non custom graphics? If you don't like any of those, design your own. You just happen to be looking at Randy's personal collection and he and his wife like those colors. I'm sure they would love to build you one with your favorite colors and design. Share your ideas with them and maybe it will make it to one of the 4 pages as stock. Right... Nordic Gary?

YUP....just look at the bigger cat ....... that paint work is beautiful ..... pricey but very well done. Another popular option is an all white boat and have it vinyl wrapped. When the graphic is dated or you get bored with it have a new wrap done. I have seen several that rival a top shelf paint job. Also for an upcharge Nordic will do very custom in gel work as well ..... we have built a few that way and it was much less than painting the hull and deck.

39 Unlimited 03-14-2009 07:51 AM

One of the things we like about Nordic is you can pick from a design book or design your own graphics. Personally, I like to use different pieces of graphics that I see. We generally go through trade magazines or Poker Run pictures to develop a theme or look.

Can't go wrong with the white hull thing. You can always add delete and modify. When spending big dollars on anything you want to keep in mind trends do change so you don't want to date your investment.

We like the Mitcher T designs. Nice clean graphics that seem to stay current. A friend of ours has a Black Thunder designed by Mitcher T that's a knock out.

Just my thoughts:cool:
