I think I brought more, we still ran out. The guy with the most beer runs out. OPB's ( Other People's Beer) My favorite type. I remember on Sunday we dug into Gary's garage stash.

Give me a ride on the big boat

You will just have to pace yourselves through the weekend! Linnie may need some help with this aspect!
You have not met the Nashville bunch, they make laps around me. They party as well as the James River crowd.

Default it's time to firm up the date

OK Guys,
Nashville is likely a go. We need to firm up a date so we can get the party planned ..................
Dates we should not conflict with, other events or holidays. Some of our members run these events, and/or may have holiday weekend plans.
May 15/17 Lake Cumberland Grand Prix (OSS)
May 23/25 Memorial Day
June 6/7 Jacksonville PR
June 20th, KY Lake Poker Run
4th of July (falls on Saturday this year)
July 11th, TN River Rally/Knoxville PR, Jammin on the James Poker Run
July 17/19 Bahamas PR
July 25th, MCPA Poker Run, Cincinnati Poker Run
OPEN DATES:
May 1/3
May 8/10
May 30/31, (weekend after Memorial Day)
June 13/14 (Fan Fair issues/won't work)
OK Guys, this gives us 3 non holiday, non event weekends in May. June and July are slammed with other events and holidays. August will be sweltering hot, and lots of other conflicting events (Poker Runs every week). I think May 29/31 would be good.
We are going to have a huge time here in Nashvegas . I hope you ALL can join in the fun ............
Best Regards,
Steve

Hi John,
Posted above MCPA (Music City Powerboat Assn.) Poker Run 7-25.
No way the dock can handle both events (limited slip/event space) simutaneously, and we feel we need our own event on our own weekend. If the Nordic Regatta was held on the July date, you could leave your boat here (if you need to go home during the week) and run both, or take that week as a vacation and do both events. MCPA would welcome our participation, if any of you guys would like to do this.
Regards,
Steve

Hi Jim,
Duly noted. Damn I hate to miss that Bahamas Poker Run.
We are checking with the marina (Anchor High) to see what their calendar looks like. Hopefully we can lock something up on one of our open/preferred weekends.
Anchor High is powerboat friendly (owner Mitch Miller is a retired offshore racer), has great food, booze, and (depending on the artist ) music. MCPA uses it for our events.
Regards,
Steve
