What should the value of that boat be assuming it's not corroded and has a trailer?

It may just be the photo, but to me the photo labeled cuddy appears as if the interior is mildewed. Did it get wet inside. How may hours are on it?. If the boat is sound like Steve mentioned I would say it a good deal, but have it surveyed. No trailer and the cost of shipping Fla. to NY may cost a few pennies.
