What a crazy low price?!

Should I jump on this or beware? Or both?

Anyone know the story that goes with this boat?

Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312-3113

To do an informal or formal survey?

Thanks!

I remember that boat being for sale in the classifieds a long time ago. It looks fine, but I think it's been used in saltwater, so make sure to look out for saltwater oriented (mainly corrosion) issues. The 496 is closed cooling so that should help. It's a pretty boat and may be a steal if it's sound.
I don't see anything about a trailer (I think this boat was rack stored?), but the regular Nordic trailers of that era don't like saltwater.
Good luck.

What should the value of that boat be assuming it's not corroded and has a trailer?

Another one to consider, on the west coast though.....

Nordic Trialers of any era don't like salt.

It may just be the photo, but to me the photo labeled cuddy appears as if the interior is mildewed. Did it get wet inside. How may hours are on it?. If the boat is sound like Steve mentioned I would say it a good deal, but have it surveyed. No trailer and the cost of shipping Fla. to NY may cost a few pennies.
