Nordic Heat Cuddy

Not a regular forum poster here, although I do surf the boards daily attempting to acquire as much knowledge as possible. My question today goes out to all of those who have a Nordic Heat, and spend weekends out regularly. Is the sleeping area within the cuddy cabin adequate for proper sleep for two adults, or does it seem a bit too small. Any information or feedback will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My reply may not be too helpfull as I have a 25 rage, But it depends how much you Drink! LOL
Boats like that are not made for comfort but if your looking for an experience just do it. Me and my wife have fun with it.

Josh,
I have a closed deck Heat. The mid cabin boats are a roomy, practical layout for cruising with friends and family. If you want to overnight, the closed deck, with it's large v berth is much more practical.

i have a 2000 closed bow.

we've slept in it a few times. it's not bad once you're up on the bed itself.

i'm 6'2" and it's a tad short for me but thankfully my GF is only 5'1" so i can sleep diagonal :)

all in all though, it's pretty decent for over night trips

Thanks' for the feedback guys. I guess the best way to replicate personal fitment is to actually get inside one. If anyone has any other opinions on this topic, or any information regarding the twenty eight heat feel free to chime in. It's currently my favorite boat on the market. Thanks again

Josh

Ask RAYTART on here ..... we had Nordic make a special insert that drops in between the 2 bench seats which creates additional sleeping space down below ......

Like he said.

Two inserts drop in between the seat for support, then you lay in two cusions. Great for the kids or even adults. It will sleep four fairly comfortable. I'm off to the Bahama's in the AM. when I get back I'll take a photo or two and post them.
