Heads Up 2008 35 Flame Open Bow
 

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the 2008 35 Flame Open Bow currently for sale at Nordic. They have it listed as a Demo with 92 hours on it. We struck up a deal to purchase the boat, drove from OKC and when we arrived took the boat for a run. The boat is very nice and as advertised except for one major detail. The boat has 192 hours on it not 92. When we saw that we asked for them to take 5k off the price to which they refused. We are on the road back to OKC and still in the market for a 35 Flame Open Bow.

I have 2002 closed bow in the classifieds I can save you some $ and alot faster give me a call.

We are no longer in the market for a boat. After we left Friday - we were about 200 miles from Albq. New Mexico and the folks at Nordic made the call and did the deal. It would have been nice to avoid the 8 hour snafu - but it all worked out in the end and the boat is here in OKC headed to Grand in a few weeks.
Have any of you purchased a full cover for a 35? If so did you go through the factory or where did you pick it up?

Congrats on the new Flame, I loved mine! Only problem with the hole in the deck is if you stuff it....I would think that if you stuffed an open bow it would turn into an endo!:eek: What is in it for power?

I hope to never find out if that would happen! It has 496's. It wont be the fastest around but it doesn't do bad at all. I will get some pics up soon.
