anyone know the history on this flame
 

I'm looking at the blue flame in Texas at legend marine group. I've talked to Casey there and he didn't have any details on the engine builds, all he knew was they were built to handle the whipples and not to necessarily bump up stock power, I'm curious who built them and their reputation, also is 100k for an 05 HO powered flame high? Appreciate any feedback good or bad
