Anyone know this 28 Heat?

I DON'T know this boat, but I do know that a stock 496HO does NOT generate 525HP. Listing says has a Teague drive (that's an upgrade to a stronger outdrive), so that DOES leaves me wondering if there's more to the motor than advertised -- or if just a typo in the listing (425 HP is the rating of a stock 496HO). i noticed the same things and it has me wondering.. however i am totally ok with it just being a stock 496 which is why it doesnt bother me. but if it is a modified 496 it will likely turn me away as i dont want the problems that i hear when modifying them

well it looks like that bolt sold so now to search for another
