Adding full hydraulic steering
 

My question is if i add full hydraulic steering to my heat can i use the existing stock tilt helm or do i have to replace with aftermarket tilt helm my heat is an 04

Yes you can use it, but you will need to take that factory tilt helm piece to a machine shop and have them machine a collar for it to bolt to the hydraulic helm. I had a piece made for mine and I was able to use the factory piece.
