As far as the regulations go, I see it as a coin toss... Knowing all the regulations on speed and DB's I guess you either take a chance and don't complain when you get busted or you just have to make sure you're legal before you go there. Either make sure you meet DB's and don't push the sticks forward or don't bother going.
