I must say I did have some help from a very willing but unexpected accomplise who is also on this thread, in fact I would like to take this time to thank this person in advance for going out of their way!

4195 10-13-2009 07:23 PM

Ok Jay, but we need updates on your boat search! Oh by the way, I heard there may be a JAYFAN thread started on Sunday morning??????I hope you have fun at Franks party, they are always a time to remember.

P.S. Be careful of the brownies...they may have a little "kick" to them.:eek:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 09:40 AM

Oh....and have you ever tried to deal with Ocean Performance??? Quite comical to say the least.....:eek:

kreed 10-14-2009 09:49 AM

Are they givin you the run-around Jason? Is that where you bought your Outlaw? Are they not willin to deal?

4195 10-14-2009 09:55 AM

Okay I have to go public with some info. I can not get word from JayFan about his attendance on Sat night. I am calling him out. He has known about this for two weeks and is the only one who has not said whether or not he will make it, so I am guessing he is out, or maybe he is waiting for the stars to align themselves before he can make a decision. Jason I am wondering is this how he operates all the time? Should I take this personally? Is this normal behavior? He definitely will not make it snowmobiling because when we ask if you don't commit right away we fill your spot. Well anyways Jay if you do decide to go to Maine I am sure it will just as much fun, but if you go can Jen jump in with Mary and Jason and come over? It is like Deja Vue:party-smiley-004:

Didn't buy my boat there. I simply asked them for a trade price and a cash price and they responded with...I don't think we can be competitive on this boat. I called and emailed a few times asking for the numbers. I think I'm the only one who knows what I want to pay for a boat. So.....No more thinking about boats til spring....unless something comes along. I really don't get these dealers...I hear a lot of people having these same issues.

Look weinieboy....... I told you numerous times it would be a middle/late of the week decision, as I had to see how the weather was going to be in Maine this weekend. Plus....unlike you, I don't sit at a computer as my job, nor am I glued to my cell phone...so I can't respond to you within 2 minutes as "requested"! lol

Plus.....who really gives a rats a$$ if Jen and I are present!!! lol. HOWEVER, the executive decision has been made and we we both will be there with bells on, and we both are looking forward to it!

Lastly Frank.....don't be surprised to wake up on Sunday to see a few long "Key scratches" on the prissy, fa&gy, little BMW! Interesting choice of car for such a "manly man"!!!!!!! lol!!!!

OH AND........ :drink::bong::ernaehrung004:

Wow is all I can say, that was one hell of a post, but since you are coming I will let it all slide. Wow I still can't believe some of the mean things that were said here, by the way that prissy car has the same hp as some boats:evilb:

Ive been to one of those Fastest Street Car Shootouts in 1993. That would not compare to the BMW vs Vette drag race that these two guys are going to have. Do NOT do this while Im away. I want to see this. Have not seen a good street race in YEARS! We can organize the race on Rt 9 sometime before November. Then we can all stop by a local bar for a victory drink..........on Jay, cause Im afraid he is going to loose the race. Ive been a Chevy fan forever, but the BMW is pretty fast. Besides, Ive never seen Jay drive a car before. (I have seen him drive a boat, thats why Im leanin tward the BMW. Ha Ha Ha Jus Kidding Jay!) I would bet that Frank would put a small wager on this race, even if it is a prissy, ***!y, little BMW. Frank seems to think that Jay is going to do some "backpeddling" on this one. I hope not. :evilb::party-smiley-004::evilb:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 02:13 PM

I can attest for Jay's driving ability....Although we only had our cars out once together he drove that little red Corvette quite well. (much better than he drives his boat :drink:) Anyways....not nocking the Beemer at all but c'mon Kev...unless Jay has a broken arm and can't shift there is no way an m3 is gonna hang with a c6. I'll have to back this wager if one is made. 1/4 mile?? Top speed?? 0-100?? Track?? Whats the bet?? Oh by the way Jays car stock (which it may or may not be :evilb::evilb:) runs the quarter in 12.6. The M runs 13.5.

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 02:17 PM

Sh!t....I'll even jump in the ring with my old beater Chevy. That ran the 1/4 faster than a new m3....even when it WAS stock!!! :evilb::evilb::evilb:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 02:18 PM

Although...it will be quite interesting if Jen jumps in w/ Mary and me....my car being a 2 seater and all :hitit::hitit:

You need to get facts on an M3 newer then 2003. The E90 is 414 hp and runs the 1/4 12.51 @114mph. Don't feel bad I have surprised many with car. Straight line is is only on eplace this car is impressive, but on the back roads it would not even be a fair race. Sorry those are the facts! Also this is my daily car. I was thinking of buying 2 Corvettes instead of the 1 M3 but did not have enough room in my garage. http://www.ask.com/bar?q=2009+bmw+m3...lip-14531.html .:evilb: see the link for #'s

4195 10-14-2009 02:40 PM

Here is the corvette time very close but Jay has some work done so it is probally a little slower..........12.55 @110mph All info on Dragtimes.com

Just busting balls but it sure would be fun to run them down the road, maybe a nice doughnut shootouthttp://www.dragtimes.com/Chevrolet-Corvette-Timeslip-5954.html

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 02:56 PM

Yup...must have been looking at older M's. Who knows?? Just busting anyways...I'm a big fan of the M series. Even though I have a Vette!! Love taking the ole traction control off and lighting em up. Maybe a donut shootout would be more fun...although expensive!!

4195 10-14-2009 03:13 PM

What is all this talk about cars and boats it is snowmobile season damm it! Look at these non snowmobilers talking about anything else. Jason we need to get them on machines.

And yet AGAIN, I get thrown under da' bus my a certain KREED!

Here's the bet Kev.....if I lose to a BMW, I'll walk my a$$ home from Franks! lol!

It's pretty quick.......not supercharger quick, but pretty fast.......put it this way, I've only had one car "keep up" or knock me back....and he had NITROUS (no fair!).

kreed 10-14-2009 04:02 PM

It sounds like we have a race on our hands boys! If not one, then maybe two races!!! Remember the M3 has over 400 HP and it may be lighter? But, and this is huge, when your talking about 1/2 second or less on the street, that amount of time can be lost spinning you tires off the line. Jays Vette has alot more torque than the M3, so he has to be careful. Its all going to come down to driving. I think that Frank should race you first Jason, just to get you out of the way.(I hope I dont eat those words) Then go for the manly-car! I havent been this excited since Block Island! Actually, after the race(s) are over, I will buy drinks to celebrate whoever wins!! :ernaehrung004::ernaehrung004::ernaehrung004:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 04:11 PM

What's the manly-car Kev??? :violent040:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 04:23 PM

And by the way Kev...Mine dyno's just a bit over 400. Not gonna tell ya exactly how much but it's considerably more :drink::drink: Its also lighter than the M.
And yes my friend....you will be eating those words and buying drinks!!

kreed 10-14-2009 05:15 PM

The manly car is Jays Vette. If thats the faster car, then its the manly car.I was under the impression that your car was all stock. My bad. Anyways, it would be fun to race them between boating and snowmobiling. Something to pass the time. Im still buying the first round though!:drink::drink:

JBOUTLAW 10-14-2009 05:20 PM

That hurts my feelings that jays corvette is a manly car and my corvette isn't.
