Bordan Light Poker Run. Who's going Friday?
I am running the boat up from the Cape sometime on Friday and wondering if anyone else is heading up. Maybe cruise around the river and a little pre-party at the Tipsy Seagul? :drink: |
OCD will be there early friday from what he told me. I will be there after work or just before 5 when i get out. Im rebuilding a carb as I type:eek: dropping in sunday or monday for 1st ride hope all swings well.

Hey Mike....can't wait to see your boat! I think we should have more boats than last year! As always, it will be a fun time.
Bondo (name?) I live right above the marina and can be around anytime Friday night if needed. Of course if it's too late, I won't be much help. LOL |

OCD there is fuel at Bordan. The captan's meeting was up by the pool last year,I think about 11:00. Dock party Friday sounds good,although I may hang out at the Tipsy Seagull. It's next to where we dock,cold beer and music. Mike's hospitality is unmatched any where I've been. See you guys Friday. :drink:

very on the fence with this, but looks like a great time. could i just sleep on the boat at the slip? get there friday night maybe 5 or 6 pm drop in stay there, do the run, stay another night and load up sunday and shoot home?

also, whats parking like? im being told dont leave your trucks un attended do to the area. my bed is full of tools and chain and sht for work, is it safe parked?
i would also have food and drinks in the bed as well. under a soft cover that doesnt lock? any info? |

****************Hey Brad, This is Glenn...maybe I can set your mind at ease about BLM. Mike has expanded the boardwalk at the marina, installed security lights and cameras. They also have a security guard there on weekends to regulate the outside traffic going to the Tipsy. IMHO...it's pretty safe along the waterfront and there's enough activity during the night to deter outsiders. I actually live in the condos above the marina so if you need anything, just give me a yell. My cell 508-801-8404. I'm off all day Friday and will be just hanging around. If you want Mike's cell, you can call me. He'd shoot me if I published it here. LOL

it was Great to meet some new people I left at 730am yesterday got to banged up and also messed my bad leg up jumping off the boat in newport guess Iam to old and fat for legs arhhah:grinser010:. it was great time just hope the eain stops so I can work on my boat today so I can make fairhaven with my ride. will post pics this week.
